To approve the detailed design and delivery of Phase 1 of the Holbeck Gateway, being one of the TCF Leeds City Centre Cycling Improvement schemes and comprising:
• The provision of an off carriageway cycle route parallel to A643 Ingram Distributor with upgraded surface, street lighting and wayfinding
Approve expenditure of £600k, to be fully funded by the TCF programme under an existing funding agreement.
To request the City Solicitor to advertise a package of traffic regulation orders to support the delivery of the scheme, and subject to no objections being received to make and seal the orders as advertised.
