DN465697 - Seeking approval to procure multi-trade contractors to support Leeds Building Services (LBS) with repairs, voids and maintenance to civic estate properties citywide

In order to deliver a continuous, consistent service in maintaining the Council’s civic estate stock, a compliant contract arrangement is required to support LBS. Approval is needed to undertake the procurement of a contract with multi trade contractors to support LBS with delivery of responsive repairs, voids and maintenance to civic estate properties.

 

The contract will be for an initial term of 3 years with the option to extend for 1 x 12 month period. We will be looking to appoint a maximum of 4 contractors.
