Approval to put in place contractual arrangements for the sourcing of software licensing from a single supplier. Expected duration of 4 years but with option to extend further if needed. The reason for the decision is to facilitate a mechanism to continue our ability to purchase COTS software and professional services which cuts down on internal LCC admin costs and achieves price reductions which drive down the cost of our software licensing.
