To accept circa £2.3M per annum AEB grant funding from the West Yorkshire Combined Authority for academic years 2025-26, through to 2027-28 for adult learning provision in Leeds and authority to spend and procure for subcontracted learning delivery provision to the maximum value of £1.5m per academic year. The AEB grant funding covers the administrative costs, provision delivered by internal delivery teams and subcontracted partner provision.
