Learning Places 2018 'Bulge' Cohort Programme - Provision of additional accommodation at Windmill Primary School

To authorise the expenditure in excess of £250k to support the necessary additional accommodation at Windmill Primary School as part of the Learning Places ‘Bulge’ Cohort Programme 2018.  This project constitutes phase II of a previously placed ‘bulge’ cohort and is essential to allow the transition of these additional pupils through school up until the transition to secondary school.  This is required to fulfil the aims of the Learning Places Programme, necessary to ensure sufficient pupil places.  Due to timeframe no detailed cost information or professional services fees are available, however given the volume of work necessary it is anticipated that this scheme will exceed £250k.
