To award new service providers to join a regional White Rose Framework Agreement and to vary the existing White Rose Framework Agreement for independent fostering and supported lodgings

The report, in relation to the regional White Rose Independent Fostering Agency and Supported Lodgings Framework Agreement, following the undertaking of an annual refresh process, seeks approval to:

  • to permit the introduction of new service providers; and

  • vary the framework agreement, in line with the terms and conditions, to reflect changes following the opportunity for existing service providers to re-submit their base costs attributable to their provision of service.

The Framework Agreement is led by Leeds City Council but involves 14 Local Authorities across the Yorkshire and Humber and their ability to identify placements within the constraints of an agreed contract specification and terms and conditions against which to deliver quality provision.

The commencement date for the new framework agreement will be 01/04/2019 and the end date will be 31/03/2021 with the option to extend for a period of 12-months.

The end date of 31/03/2021 and options to extend for this framework agreement are aligned with the original Framework Agreement (DN219283).
