A DDN report (with exempt commercial appendices) and comments from Legal, Procurement and Finance officers will be submitted to the Chief Officer seeking approval to award a contract for 1 year from 26th March, 2019 after the publication period for the decision has expired.

Commercial aspects of the contract are considered to be exempt and will be detailed in a confidential appendix in the DDN report related to this key decision.

The Council will also receive income arising from fpn fees paid to the contractor.
