Seeking approval for the procurement of a single contractor to support Leeds Building Services with the citywide provision for Commercial Gas including installation, maintenance, servicing, and repairs. Establishing this contract will contribute directly in the support and delivery the LBS Growth Strategy
An existing contract is in place until 30th September 2019, during which time a reprocurement exercise will be undertaken to ensure a new contract is in place for 1st October 2019.
The estimated value of this new contract will be £1.1m per annum, and will run for 2 Years with an option to extend for a further 1 year at the sole discretion of the Council
