The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation):
i) approved the undertaking of the implementation of a scheme to
improve the capacity of, and reduce congestion, at the roundabouts
links at junctions 27 & 28 of the M62, as indicated on the
attached drawing numbers B2005501/J27/100/002 &
B2005501/J28/100/001; and
ii) entered into an agreement under the provisions of Section 4 of
the Highways Act 1980 (attached at appendix A) to allow HE and
their contractor to undertake the works, as specified above, on
LCC’s network.
