Councillor Lisa Mulherin - Personal - Councillor Mulherin declared a personal interest as a member of Epilepsy Action as this was one of the 49 conditions being considered as part of the transformation of Health and Adult Social Care services (minute 18 refers)
Councillor Lisa Mulherin - Personal - Councillor Mulherin declared a personal interest as a family member was currently receiving musculoskeletal treatment and this discipline was one of those to be affected by proposed changes (minute 18 refers)
