This is the sub-delegation scheme for the Chief Officer (Financial Services) The scheme sets out who can carry out the functions of the Chief Officer (Financial Services) in his absence and who can carry out functions on a day to day basis Some of the delegations have terms and conditions attachedAll the sub-delegation schemes are reviewed at the start of the municipal year and can be amended as and when required during the year Each time the scheme is amended the Director must record a significant operational decision which is published on the Councils website
