The Director of Children & Families approved the waiver of Contract Procedure Rules 8.1 and 8.2 (intermediate value procurements) to award a call off contract to the current providers of the One-To-One Tuition Service for Children with SEND from the Provision of Temporary Teachers Framework. The contract will commence on 1st September 2018 for a period of five months up to a value of £77,000.
