The Chief Officer Civic Enterprise Leeds approved the waiver of Contract
Procedure Rules 9.1 & 9.2 to approve the use of the chosen suppliers,
without seeking further competition, for a period of up to six months,
commencing on 14th November 2022 with an estimated value of
£160,000.00 (£192,000 incl. VAT). The chosen suppliers are as follows:

o Vancare Ltd
