Purpose:

The Director of Resources is requested to approve the competitive tender procurement activity to establish a contract for suspended ceilings and partition walls in Council houses and civic buildings. We are seeking to appoint specialist contractor(s) to carry out suspended ceilings and partition walls work for a period of two years with the potential to extend up to 2 x 12 months. The estimated value of the contract per annum is £200,000 with an overall spend of £800,000 including extensions.

The estimate value of the contract will be £200,000 per annum for a period of 2 years with 2 x 12 month extensions available
