Decision:

The Chief Officer, Highways and Transportation was recommended to approve the award of a new contract to Yunex Limited (“Yunex”) under Regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 Negotiated Procedure without prior publication of a Contract Notice for the conversion of Clean Air Zone cameras into bus lane enforcement cameras. The cost for the conversion of the 25 cameras is £221,639. The term of the contract shall be 5th June 2023 to 4th June 2024.
