Decision:

The Director of Adults and Health has approved the appointment of those providers listed in Appendix 1 to this report on to the Interim Homecare Agreement to provide homecare services. The agreement will start on 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2027 with the option to extend for a further two 12-month periods should it be required. The indicative budget for homecare provision for 2024/25 is £49.7m

The Director of Adults and Health has noted that the Head of Commissioning will liaise with Procurement and Commercial Services to oversee the implementation of this decision.
