The Director of Adult Social Services approved the recommendation waive Contract Procedure Rules (CPRs) 9.1 and 9.2 using the authority set out in CPR 1.3 to enter into contracts with MHA for the delivery of extra care services without seeking competition. This recommendation is made in relation to two schemes: the scheme Yew Tree and Rosewood (LS17) for 17 months and the scheme Assisi Place (LS11) for 24 months.
The Commissioning Officer (Leeds ASC) will liaise with PPPU to oversee the implementation of the interim contracts to commence as soon as existing arrangements expire on 31st March 2016.
