i) noted the contents of the report; and

ii) approved the application from BAHT’AP , for a licence to operate a street café on the highway at 11 Mill Hill, as shown on the attached drawing numbered 11B, to expire on the 31 March 2018 and that future licences be renewed annually, subject to satisfactory operation, and with approval from the Chief Officer Highways and Transportation.
