    iii) requested the City Solicitor to make, seal and implement Leeds City Council (Waiting Restrictions) (No.W08) Order 2015 Amendment (No.1) Order 2019; and
    iv) requested the City Solicitor to write to the objectors informing them of the Chief Officer’s (Highways and Transportation) decision.
