Purpose:

To obtain approval to advertise the draft Traffic Regulation Orders associated with The Headrow Gateway and Infirmary Street Gateway schemes, and if no objections are received, to make, seal and implement the orders as advertised.

Decision:

The Chief Officer, Highways & Transportation:

 

i)  approved the design and implementation of the proposed draft TROs for both The Headrow Gateway (THG) and Infirmary Street Gateway (ISG) projects to allow for progression of the scheme; and

 

ii)  requested the City Solicitor to advertise the draft TROs and if no valid objections are received, to make, seal and implement the Orders as advertised.
