Issue - meetings

To consider the report of the Director of City Development presenting for approval and for the purposes of publication on the Council’s website, the 2012 Leeds Local Development Framework Authority Monitoring Report, pursuant to Regulation 34 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012. 

Further to Minute No. 155, 14^th December 2011, the Director of City Development submitted a report presenting for approval and for the purposes of publication on the Council’s website, the 2012 Leeds Local Development Framework Authority Monitoring Report, pursuant to Regulation 34 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012.

Members welcomed the robustness of the report and the fact that the Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) Partnership was to include a wider political representation.

RESOLVED – That the 2012 Leeds Local Development Framework Authority Monitoring Report, as appended to the submitted report, be approved for the purposes of publication on the Council’s website, pursuant to Regulation 34 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012.
