To confirm as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 15^th February 2013, subject to the replacement of the words ‘western route’ with ‘eastern route’ within Minute No. 176, entitled, ‘High Speed Rail Phase 2 (HS2) Announcement, 28 January 2013’.
