Minutes:
The Monitoring Officer submitted a review request in relation to part of the above complaint to the Review Sub-Committee for consideration. The complaint was originally considered by the Assessment Sub-Committee on 21st April 2009.
RESOLVED – The Review Sub-Committee resolved: · That there was no potential breach of the Members’ Code of Conduct disclosed by this part of the complaint; and · To take no further action on the allegations.
