The report of the Area Leader provided Members with an update on the budget position for the Wellbeing Fund and Youth Activity Fund for 2018/19 and the current position of the small grants and skips pots.
It also outlined the recommendations from the Members Funding Workshop for the allocation of the Wellbeing, Capital and YAF funding for 2019/20 and the Committee was asked to consider these recommendations for approval.
Jenna Robinson, Localities Officer presented the report.
Members’ attention was brought to the remaining balances in the Wellbeing, Youth Activities and Capital budgets. Small grants approved since the last meeting were also highlighted.
An appendix outlining the Wellbeing, Youth Activites Fund and Capital funding applications was submitted. These had been considered by the Committee’s funding workshop and details of the recommendations for funding were highlighted in the report.
RESOLVED –
(1) That the current budget position for the Wellbeing Fund be noted.
(2) That the current budget position for the Youth Activity Fund be noted.
(3) That the current budget for the Small Grants and Skips be noted.
(4) That the following projects be approved from the Wellbeing allocation for 2019/20
