To approve the waiver of CPR 9.1 and 9.2to
enter into a new contract for the supply of groceries with the
Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO) without seeking further
competition, for a period of three years from 1 August 2019 with an
estimated annual value of £1.8m.
