approved the waiver of contract procedure rules 9.1 and 9.2 –
high value procurements - in order to award a contract to Hardall
International Limited to carry out works at a cost of
£191,920 to Poplar Court (Block 2) as part of a pilot bin
chutes replacements scheme that is expected to commence in
September 2019 and complete in late January 2020
