The Director of Public Health approved in
accordance with the provisions of Regulation 72 (1) (c) of the
Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Contracts Procedure Rule 21.7
a variation to the contract price for the Community Drug and
Alcohol Prevention, Treatment and Recovery Service (YORE-9F7N76)
which is known as Forward Leeds and delivered by Humankind to
include an additional £196k per annum, (total £245k)
for the period 1 April 2019 to 30 June 2020.
