The Director of Resources and Housing noted
the contents of this report and approved the award of contracts to
Aspect Building Solutions Ltd, and Walter West Builders Ltd Limited
to deliver the requirements of the Multi-Trade work for Civic
Estate contract. The contracts will run for 12 months with no
option to extend commencing 1st September 2019 valued at
approximately £1,500,000.00
