The Director of Resources & Housing:
Approved the invocation of CPR 27 in order to waive CPRs 8.1 and
8.2 and,
Gave authority to procure a new contract for the maintenance and
servicing of Merrion House’s gas fired generators.
Noted that we are varying the energy contract with Engie to
incorporate the optimisation service.
