The Director of Resources and Housing:
1. Approved the decision to procure a contractor to deliver new
build council housing on Tarnside Drive (including Mardale
Crescent), Amberton Terrace and Seacroft Crescent through a two
stage procurement process using the YORbuild2 framework
2. Approved the Evaluation Criteria to be used for General Needs
Housing Bundle One in line with CPR 15.1
