The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation);
i) approved the implementation of the proposed study to reduce
flood risk at Garforth: and
ii) gave authority to incur capital expenditure of £128,000
on progressing and implementing the proposed study fully funded
from Environment Agency Grant in Aid.
