The Director of Resources and Housing approved
further spend of up to £500,000 for early works to phase 2 of
the Leeds PIPES DHN through issuing instructions via the phase 1
design and build contract with Vital Energi Utilities, and provides
authority to accept the HNIP grant offer of £2.439m and to
enter into the grant agreement with The Secretary of State for
Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.
