The Directors of Adults and Health approved the waiver of CPRs 9.1 and 9.2, using the authority set out in CPR 1.3, to enter into an interim contract with Chapeltown CAB for a period of 12 months, with the option of an extension for up to a further 12 months, for the provision of the Learning Disability Specialist Advice Service. This contract will commence on 1st April 2020.
