The Director of Adults and Health is recommended to approve the direct award of a 12-month contract in accordance with CPR 9.5 to Methodist Homes Association for extra care services at Yew Tree and Rosewood Court. This contract is to commence 1st April 2020 and is for a total value of £456,416.00.
