The Programme Director of Strengthening
Families Protecting Children agreed to:
• waive Contract Procedure Rules 9.1 and 9.2, high value
procurement; and
• award a consultancy contract to Dave Basker Social Work
Services Ltd for the period 01/04/2020 to 31/03/2021, with one
option to extend of 12 months, for up to a maximum potential value
of £135,000.
