The Head of One Adoption West Yorkshire
approved the waiver of contract procedure rules 8.1 and 8.2
Intermediate Value Procurements and award a contract to Link Maker
Systems Ltd in the sum of £93,984.00. The contract shall
commence on the 1 May 2020 and expire on the 30 April 2021 plus an
option to extend for up to 12 months.
