The Director of Resources and Housing has
approved :
1. The new Lettings Policy: New Homes Delivered via the Council
Housing Growth Programme.
2. That any local enhancements / variations to the policy to meet
local demand and supply priorities are incorporated into Community
Lettings Policies.
3. That the new Lettings Policy: New Homes Delivered via the
Council Housing Growth Programme, and any current local lettings
policies for new build will apply for five years from
handover
