27/05/2020 - Report to approve contracts for the appointment of contractors to carry out communal window cleaning to multi storey blocks of flats across the city

The Chief Officer for Housing Leeds approved the award of contract for communal window cleaning to multi storey flats across Leeds to Cinderella Cleaning Contractors Ltd.
The contract will commence on 1 June 2020 for 3 years until 31 May 2023 with 2 x 12 month extensions available.
The value of the contract, over the initial 3 years will be £133,028.59.
