The Director of Resources and Housing has approved the decision to make direct contract awards to a number of PPE suppliers who have been able to supply critical emergency supplies during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Contracts are to be awarded to:
BAWA
Orcagel Company Ltd
Danel Trading Ltd
Dencowear Ltd
MPH Enterprises Ltd
Windles Group Manufacturing Ltd
For the contract period 26th June 2020 to 25th June 2021, with the option to extend contract(s) for a further twelve month period depending upon whether there is an ongoing requirement and value for money considerations.
Due to the need to have the contracts in place by 26th June, this decision has been exempted from call in.
