a) In accordance with CPR 3.1.6 the Director
of City Development has approved a tender exercise to procure the
Pilot of a new business support product that is aimed at
entrepreneurs under CPR 9. Is it expected that the procurement will
commence on 19th June 2020 and close on 10th July 2020, and it is
anticipated that a contract would be awarded on 4th August
2020.
b) In accordance with CPR 15.2 and CPR 27 the Director of
Development has approved the tender evaluation to be split on 70%
quality and 30% on price rather than the standard approach of 60%
quality and 40% price.
