19/06/2020 - Waiver of Contract Procedure Rules (CPR’s) 8.1 and 8.2 to award a contract for the Services of a Specialist External Contractor to Help Deliver the LPTIP programme

The Chief Officer Highways and Transportation waived Contract Procedure Rules 8.1 and 8.2 using the authority set out in CPR 1.3 to enter into a contract with Thompson Brand Partners for a period of 6 months. The contract value will not exceed £60,000.
