Waive CPR 9.1 and 9.2 high value procurement and ,
Award a contract for consultancy services working with the Leeds
Relational Practice Centre from 29.06.2020 to 31.03.2021 with the
option to extend for a further twelve months up to a maximum
potential value of £101,250.
