The Chief Officer (Highways & Transportation) approved the recommendation to tender the Yorkshire Highway Alliance Supply of Coated Materials, Ready Mixed Concrete and Aggregates Framework 2021-2025 using the evaluation criteria and specification within the contract documents to assess submitted tenders.
