The Chief Officer Asset Management &
Regeneration has approved that:
(1) a contact letter will be sent to a number of tenants who rent
council owned properties to encourage communication between
parties.
(2) rental arrears will be addressed to seek to recover where they
are unpaid in accordance with the agreed steps as set out in the
confidential report.
