22/07/2020 - To make a direct appointment of suppliers of low value goods and for Taxi and Private Hire Licensing without three written tenders as required by CPR 7.1

To extend the provision of goods and services to Taxi and Private Hire Licensing without a procurement exercise requiring three written tenders.
Each of the suppliers is of a low value, significantly below £10,000, and there is limited or no competition on the market.
The extension will apply for a period of 12 months, at which point the provision will be reviewed.
