The Chief Officer (Highways &
Transportation):
a) noted the contents of the report;
b) gave authority to inject £500,000 into the Capital
Programme and incur expenditure of £500,000 as the WYCA
contribution towards the model update; and
c) gave approval to enter into a funding agreement with WYCA
covering the £500,000 contribution.
