The Chief Officer (Highways &
Transportation);
i) noted the contents of this report;
ii) approved the detailed design and implementation of the package
of works as detailed in section three of this report; and
iii) gave authority for the city solicitor to promote and implement
a temporary traffic regulation order as identified through the
detailed design process.
