The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation):
i) noted the contents of the report;
ii) considered and over-ruled the five objections raised to Leeds
City Council (Waiting Restriction) (No.34) Order 2014 Amendment
No.1 2019;
iii) requested the City Solicitor to make, seal and implement Leeds
City Council (Waiting Restriction) (No.34) Order 2014 Amendment
No.1 2019; and
iv) requested the City Solicitor to write to the objectors
informing them of the decision taken by the Chief Officer (Highways
and Transportation).
