• The Director of Adults and Health noted
the technical content of this report.
• The Director of Adults and Health approved the proposed
pilot which is critical to ensuring that the CCG are compliant with
their responsibilities in relation to the CHC National Framework
and to ensure that individuals with the most complex health needs
are in receipt of the appropriate funding stream.
• The Director of Adults and Health approved establishing and
recruiting to the 3 CHC Social Work posts as part of this
pilot.
• The Director of Adults and Health agreed a cost neutral
recommendation for the Council by accepting the transfer of monies
from the CCG for a 12 month pilot.
