The Chief Officer Civic Enterprise Leeds noted
the contents of this report and approved the award of a contract to
Greens (Decorating) Contractors Limited for painting and decorating
services to occupied and unoccupied housing properties for the
period of 1st December 2020 to 30th November 2021 with estimated
expenditure of £600,000.
